We made purchases alright but felt misled by the sign outside about the less 50 on the clearance items- Gee I thought this whole store was about clearance. When we got to the counter it was too late to change our minds cos my kids were really excited about their choices which we allowed due to the sign. Ended up with a huge bill.
Poor staff service - was just 1 person on the floor which I had to request for at the cashier.
Large outlet sneaker store with clearance prices. Hug stick of different shoes for people of all age.
Horrible experience shopping in famous footwear. I was sitting down on the bench waiting with my friend to get his shoe size, an employee walked up to us and said we’re not allowed to sit on the bench and wait. The employee started arguing with me and my friends. Ended up calling us stupid for sitting on the bench. Wow what a horrible experience shopping in this store. Employee showed no respect, gave attitude for sitting on the bench.
I will be buying online from now on, went to the store. I was looked at as a suspect for stealing. I was undecided on a shoe because it was $85. I liked the sneaker but, its not a sale price! I guess i had a big puffy coat and I had too many layers on with medium sized bags. A purse, a medium sized tote bag and a medium sized old navy shopping bag. I guess i appeared like i wanted to stuff some sneakers in my tote bag. The LP dude was staring me down. I shouldve walked out but, i liked the sneaker too much.
At check out, the cashier was with another coworker maybe a manager who was there to watch me. She was nice but asked me for my phone number, she said,”she wanted to see if i had any coupons”. But took a long time to look up coupons and was quiet. The same guy next to her gave her a signal to go ahead and finish the transaction as the LP guy comes to the register to talk about another customer. I guess they were checking me out to see if I had stuffed anything in my bags. I wanted to just walk out! I was very uncomfortable! As someone who worked in retail myself I am aware of all the theft going on, but still uncomfy with being treated like a potential criminal. I guess my big puffy jacket “gave me away” as a criminal.
Amazon it is. I will stop buying from stores from now on.
Never been in this store. Found a great deal on a pair of boots. The young man who wrung me up was excellent and signed me up for the Rewards program. They had great deals.
Don’t get me wrong it’s a great shoe place especially when they have all the brands that you can buy. I wanted to actually work there as well and they are “always hiring”. So I ended up going to the interview, however the wait took forever cause there wasn’t enough co workers that day and plus it was back to school season. So I thought to myself that they really needed new workers because it’s really busy. I came prepared for the interview however the manager caught me off guard asking me a critical question. So ever since that I never got the job, but what I find really unfair is that the manager wants to hire people who have experience instead of the ones that want to work and gain new experience like me. I’ve never worked in retail but I’ll be glad to experience what’s it like to work there. Working in retail is for entry level like me. So why can’t I get the job? I hope the manager or whoever works there has the time to read this because I just find it ridiculous how I can’t work for them because I messed up in one question and don’t have retail experience. There’s training for a reason I hope you haven’t forgotten about that. If you trained me I would’ve been good already but you want to make it complicated. Have a very nice day.
I order shoes online from this store . They charged me shipping and handle and when I went to return the shoes at the store because the shoes run big in size. They did not return the shipping handle. Beware!
The first time was looking for sandals for my wife, I found on sale, which was good, the service was ok. Nobody help me in the store. The cashier keep asking me for my phone # n email very persistent. I said no no. Was very upsetting to be ask for my personal information. The second time was a lady did not ask questions, just paid cash and left the store. Will not came back again.
